Definition

Accommodation

Within this header you will find 10 attributes to provide information about the accommodation on different levels of detail. This is based on the tree-structure in Maxxton Software

AccommodationIt represents actual accommodation (object or accommodation type.
Attribute form ID is prefixed by “A-“ for accommodation and “AT-“ in case of Accommodation type.
Accommodation-types are required for analysis of bookings at Accommodation-type.
Accommodation unit).
Accommodation kind

This indicates what kind of accommodation it is.

For example a villa, camping place, beach lodge or a chalet.

Accommodation Level 1


It shows level of Accommodation type in hierarchy configured in Maxxton Software under Location.
Level 1 is the highest level while level 5 is the lowest level in hierarchy.

If less than 5 levels are configured in Maxxton Software, then for the remaining levels value from lowest level will be repeated.

e.g. If  there are only 2 levels of accommodation types are configured in Maxxton Software, then values in 2nd level will be repeated for level 3,4 & 5.

Accommodation Preference        This indicates if the object preference is added in particular reservation or not.
Accommodation TypeThis indicates what type of accommodation it is. For example, "Accommodation", "Implied Accommodation" or "Accommodation Type"

Accommodation : it represents actual accommodation having Exclude availibility in BI is not checked.
Implied Accommodation : it represents actual accommodation having Exclude availibility in BI is checked.
Accommodation Type : it represents accommodation-type.
Number Of AccommodationsThis will give the count of accommodations in particular reservation.


Accommodation Group

Within this header you will find 5 attributes to provide information about the accommodation groups

Accommodation Group Level 1




Accommodation Groups are defined in the Maxxton Software. For example 'Family Homes' or 'Appartment'. 5 levels are defined, in which level 1 is the least detailed and level 5 is the most detailed.

With in this header you will find 5 attributes to provide information about the customer from reservation for which the survey is generated

CityCity of Origin of the customer.
CountryCountry of Origin of the customer.
Number Of PersonsIt's count of subjects from survey reservation.  
Number Of Same resort VisitsIt's count of how many time particular customer visits to same resort.
Number Of VisitsIt's count of how many time particular customer visits any resort from specific concern.


Departure Date

With in this header you will find 7 attributes to provide information about the Departure date of the reservation for which the Survey is generated

Departure DateThe departure date of the survey reservation.
Departure Date Day of WeekThe departure day of the week of the survey reservations.
Departure Date ISO WeekThe departure ISO week of the survey reservations.
Departure Date ISO YearThe departure ISO year of the survey reservations reservations.

Distribution Channel

With in this header you will find 7 attributes to provide information about the Distribution Channels

Distribution Channel BrandIf used in MXTS, the brand of the distribution channel.
Distribution Channel Level 1





The distribution channel through which the reservation of the resource was made. Level 1 - 5 depends on the tree-structure in MXTS.

Distribution Channel TypeType of the distribution channel (e.g. Direct, Touroperator or Reseller).


Location

With in this header you will find 6 attributes to provide information about Location Hierarchy (Resort names with hierarchy) for particular work order.

Location CountryThis will give the country name of the Location (Resort) for which the work order is created.
Location Level 1

It shows level of resorts in hierarchy configured in Maxxton Software.

Level 1 is the highest level while level 5 is the lowest level in hierarchy.

Question CategoryIt shows the category of questions from asked in survey of particular reservation.
Question Kindit shows the kind of questions asked in survey of particular reservation.
Question TypeIt shows the type of questions from survey of particular reservation.

With in this header you will find 2 attributes to provide information about the Question group and Questionnaire

Question GroupIt shows the question group under which particular question is configured in Newyse / MXTS
Questionnaire

It's survey name which is generated for reservations.

it contains the questions from different question groups which will be asked in survey.


Reservation

With in this header you will find 2 attributes to provide information about the reservation category and survey reservation number

Reservation CategoryIf used, the category of the reservation, for example the source of the reservation (by phone, e-mail or website)
Survey ReservationIt's reservation number for which the survey ratings are received.
