ADR

Average Daily Rate, calculated out of two other metrics: Accommodation Turnover / Occupied. This is the average price per night paid by customers for the units that are actually occupied.

Available

Number of available units available accommodations per day , not dependent if the unit is actually reserved or not (including temporary locks)At including occupied accommodations.
If client use reservations at Accommodation Type level then it is always 0 at the level of grain, it is 1 for particular calendar date if any of the following condition is true:

  • Booking is made on accommodation (and not on accommodation-type) and status is Definitive or above
  • If accommodation is locked temporarily
    • Accommodation is reservable

    Occupancy

    Occupancy is calculated out of two other metrics: Occupied / Available

    If client use only Accommodation level reservations, then in that case following examples shows Available, Occupied and Occupancy on any particular calendar date

    Unit Days

    Number of total units per day, it includes Available, final locked and archived units.
    At the level of grain, It is always 1 for accommodation and  0 for accommodation Type on particular calendar date.
