Regions are related to regions and sub-regions which can be linked to a Location or of which an accommodation type recognizes the applicable region(s) its in based on geocodes.
For example, a region could be the province Gelderland and sub-region could be De Veluwe. A region could be Beach Netherlands and sub-region could be Beach Zeeland.
How to create a Region
- Open the Content Manager
...
- Expand the Configuration menu
- Click on "Region"
- Click on "Add region"
...
- Add details like "Name", "Code" and "Parent region" (in case region falls in another parent region) and click on "Create"
- Region map:
...
- Click on "New shape" to edit the region
- Click on "Save" to save the newly created region
