If no content is available for the default language, you have the option to fallback and show the content from another language or the other way around.
Option 1: Fallback
"Select fallback language(s) that will be used for the content when it is not available in the default language"
Option 2: Overrule
"Select language(s) that should be used instead of the default language, when possible"
