All mandatory add-ons which need to be added to reservations to complete this. Without these add-ons the booking should not be made. For example reservation costs. This may be mandatory but can also be configured to be removable.
- It is possible to link mandatory costs to an accommodationtype and/or unit. It is possible to link based on arrival date, departure date, book date, distribution channel, reservation category, travel company and rate type.
- When you link on an accommodation, it will be mandatory cost for the customer.
- For Bookingsengines, it is possible to define if the guest can remove the add on online. This can be used in case a travel insurance is being linked as an upsell, but guest should be able to opt out.
Linking
Linking can be done from the add on to the accommodation type, or from the accommodation type link the add on.
