Currently in Newyse it is possible to settle charge usage of energy, water and gas costs to owners of a property guests based on meter readings and fixed amounts. So far it's not possible to do the same in Maxxton Software, but it is the idea to analyse the process and decide how it should work in MXTS.
On this page, the user flow for settling energy in Newyse is described.
In Newyse, under Finance, the module Energy settlement can be used to generate the invoices in Check in-Check out it's possible to add end values for meter readings, based on the value the meter readings. To be able to generate the invoices, several steps have to be taken or things have to be checked.Besides the Energy settlement based on meter readings, it's also possible to have a deposit paid on forehand and settle this later in the year with the real costsis giving. These meters are linked with extra's with rates, so that the costs can be calculated automatically. The costs will be added on the bill of the reservation. An example where this is used are the Winter camping spots and Accommodations where the energy has to be paid for by the guests.
