The conditions determine the scope of the reservations that should be impacted.
Determine when you want to actually send out notifications by creating single or multiple filters (conditions).
For example: allow notification through if (1) reservation status is definitive and (2) distribution channel is internet
The task will be executed only when strictly all conditions are met.
