Within this header you will find 8 attributes to provide information about the accommodation on different levels of detail. This is based on the tree-structure in Maxxton Software

It represents actual accommodation or accommodation type.
Attribute form ID is prefixed by “U-“ for accommodation and “AT-“ in case of Accommodation type.

Accommodation-types are required for analysis of bookings at Accommodation-type.

Accommodation Group

Accommodation Group Level 1Accommodation Groups are defined in the Maxxton Software. For example 'Family Homes' or 'Appartment'. 5 levels are defined, in which level 1 is the least detailed and level 5 is the most detailed.

Availability Status

This attribute shows current availability status of an accommodation on particular calendar date.

Attribute Elements: Available, Not available.
Availability status us “Available” when it’s Accommodation Status is Free, Locked temporary or Occupied
Availability status us “Not Available” when it’s Accommodation Status is Implied, Locked phasing, Archived

Release Status

This attribute shows current release status of an accommodation on particular calendar date.

Attribute Elements:
Open for testing, Open for owners, Open for all, Closed

  • Accommodation is reservable.

In this chapter all definitions for both Attributes and Metrics are presented.  To keep things organized, we've created three separate pages, so you can find the definitions per dataset.


The following information is recurring in all underlying chapters: ISO week & ISO year

The ISO week and ISO year are issued by the International Organization for Standardization and are used to create a standard and a comparable week and year number. A week number in ISO will always start on a Monday, independent of the actual first date of the year (January first). The first week of the year always contains the 4th of January & the Thursday is always a January-day. So basically the first week can be as below, or anything in between:

Due to this mapping, the ISO year has 52 weeks (364 days) or 53 weeks (371 days). The week number also determines which ISO year a date belongs to (e.g. December 31st 2019 belongs to ISO week 1 of the next year, so the ISO year of 31-12-2019 is 2020).
