How to check if a task is executed successfully

- Consult the dashboard page in order to verify if a task has been executed successfully
- Select the applicable pictogram header per type of trigger:
- Change = task based on change event
- Periodic = task based on periodical event
- Manual = task based on manual event
...
- The overview page gives also the possibility to directly open the reservation that has been impacted by the Notification Manager.
- Click on the Icon in the last column
- The reservation will be opened in a new window
- Open the communication tab of the reservation (click on more options → communication)
How to retry failed notifications
- To retry all failed notifications, click on the Retry all failed notifications
- To retry failed notifications individually, click on the specific reservation
- A popup will be shown
- Click on Retry notification
