How to send a notification based on a change event.
In this business scenario, a booking confirmation needs to be sent once a reservation becomes definitive.
1. Create change task
- Enter a name
- Choose the context → reservation
- Choose type of trigger → change
- Optional to enter a desciption
2. Create action
- Enter a name
- Choose a type of receiver → customer
- Select email report you want to send → "Booking confirmation"
3. Create conditions
- Enter a name
- Choose a type of trigger → reservation status
- Specify reservation status change → provisional to definitve
