Review executed tasks

How to check if a task is executed successfully

1. Consult the dashboard page in order to verify if a task has been executed successfully
2. Select the applicable pictogram per type of trigger:

• Change =  task based on change event
• Periodic = task based on periodical event
• Manual =  task based on manual event

3. Select the applicable Status and Period that needs to be shown

How to open the reservation that has been impacted

1. The overview page gives also the possibility to directly open the reservation that has been impacted by the Notification Manager.
2. Click on the Icon in the last column 
3. The reservation will be opened in a new window
4. Open the communication tab of the reservation (click on more options → communication) 

How to retry failed notifications

1. To retry all failed notifications, click on the Retry all failed notifications
2. To retry failed notifications individually, click on the specific reservation
   1. A popup will be shown
   2. Click on Retry notification
