Attributes

Definition

Accommodation

Within this header you will find 10 attributes to provide information about the accommodation on different levels of detail. This is based on the tree-structure in Maxxton Software

AccommodationIt represents actual accommodation (object or unit).
Accommodation kind

This indicates what kind of accommodation it is.

For example a villa, camping place, beach lodge or a chalet.

Accommodation Level 1


It shows level of Accommodation type in hierarchy configured in Maxxton Software under Location.
Level 1 is the highest level while level 5 is the lowest level in hierarchy.

If less than 5 levels are configured in Maxxton Software, then for the remaining levels value from lowest level will be repeated.

e.g. If  there are only 2 levels of accommodation types are configured in Maxxton Software, then values in 2nd level will be repeated for level 3,4 & 5.

Accommodation Level 3
Accommodation Level 4
Accommodation Level 5
Accommodation Preference        This indicates if the object preference is added in particular reservation or not.
Accommodation TypeThis indicates what type of accommodation it is. For example, "Accommodation", "Implied Accommodation" or "Accommodation Type"

Accommodation : it represents actual accommodation having Exclude availibility in BI is not checked.
Implied Accommodation : it represents actual accommodation having Exclude availibility in BI is checked.
Accommodation Type : it represents accommodation-type.
Number Of AccommodationsThis will give the count of accommodations in particular reservation.

Accommodation Group

Within this header you will find 5 attributes to provide information about the accommodation groups

Accommodation Group Level 1




Accommodation Groups are defined in the Maxxton Software. For example 'Family Homes' or 'Appartment'. 5 levels are defined, in which level 1 is the least detailed and level 5 is the most detailed.

Arrival Date

Arrival DateThe exact date the customer is arriving
Arrival Date Day of WeekThe day of the week the customer is arriving
Arrival Date ISO WeekThe ISO week in which this date is classified
Arrival Date ISO YearThe ISO year in which this date is classified
Arrival Date MonthThe month the customer is arriving
Arrival Date QuarterThe quarter the customer is arriving
Arrival Date YearThe year the customer is arriving

Completion Date


Completion DateThe completion date of the survey
Completion Date Day of WeekThe day of the week the the survey is completed
Completion Date ISO WeekThe ISO week in which this date is classified
Completion Date ISO YearThe ISO year in which this date is classified
Completion Date MonthThe month the the survey is completed
Completion Date QuarterThe quarter the the survey is completed
Completion Date YearThe quarter the the survey is completed

Customer

CityCity of Origin of the customer.
CountryCountry of Origin of the customer.
Number Of PersonsNumber of persons in a reservation 
Number Of Same Resort VisitsNumber of visits of particular customer to same resort
Number Of VisitsNumber of visits of particular customer to any resort

Departure Date

Departure DateThe exact date the customer is departing
Departure Date Day of WeekThe day of the week the customer is departing
Departure Date ISO WeekThe ISO week in which this date is classified
Departure Date ISO YearThe ISO year in which this date is classified
Departure Date MonthThe month the customer is departing
Departure Date QuarterThe month the customer is departing
Departure Date YearThe year the customer is departing

Distribution Channel

With in this header you will find 7 attributes to provide information about the Distribution Channels

Distribution Channel BrandIf used in MXTS, the brand of the distribution channel.
Distribution Channel Level 1





The distribution channel through which the reservation of the resource was made. Level 1 - 5 depends on the tree-structure in MXTS.

Distribution Channel Level 4
Distribution Channel Level 5
Distribution Channel TypeType of the distribution channel (e.g. Direct, Touroperator or Reseller).

Location

Location CountryThis will give the country name of the Location (Resort) for which the work order is created.
Location Level 1

It shows level of resorts in hierarchy configured in Maxxton Software.

Level 1 is the highest level while level 5 is the lowest level in hierarchy.

If less than 5 levels are configured in Maxxton Software, then for the remaining levels value from lowest level will be repeated.

e.g. If  there are only 2 levels of resorts are configured in Maxxton Software, then value of 2nd level will be repeated for level 3,4 & 5.

With in this header you will find 2 attributes to provide information about the reservation category and survey reservation number

Reservation CategoryIf used, the category of the reservation, for example the source of the reservation (by phone, e-mail or website)
Survey ReservationReservation number for which the survey ratings are received

Reservation Date

With in this header you will find 7 attributes to provide information with respect to the reservation dates for the generated Surveys

Reservation DateThe exact date the reservation was created
Reservation Date Day of WeekThe day of the week the reservation was created
Reservation Date ISO WeekThe ISO week in which this date is classified 
Reservation Date ISO YearThe ISO year in which this date is classified 
Reservation Date MonthThe month the reservation was created
Reservation Date QuarterThe quarter the reservation was created
Reservation Date YearThe year the reservation was created

Reservation Duration

Reservation Duration

The duration of the reservation calculated in days.

For example: When the arrival day is Sunday and departure is two weeks later on Sunday, the reservation duration is 14 days

Reservation Duration Interval 30 Days

The 30-days interval in which a reservation is classified.

For example: A reservation duration of 14 days is in this attribute classified in the interval 1 - 30 days

Reservation Duration Interval 5 Days

The 5-days interval in which a reservation is classified.

For example: A reservation duration of 14 days is in this attribute classified in the interval 11 - 15 days

Reservation Duration Interval 7 Days

The 7-days interval in which a reservation is classified.

For example: A reservation duration of 14 days is in this attribute classified in the interval 8 - 14 days

Reservation Lag

Reservation LagThe number of days between the reservation date and arrival date. This way you can see how many days in advance your customers are making a reservation. 
Reservation Lag Interval 30 Days

The 30-days interval in which the reservation lag is classified.

For example: A reservation lag of 33 days is in this attribute classified in the interval 31 - 60 days 

Reservation Lag Interval 5 Days

The 5-days interval in which the reservation lag is classified.

For example: A reservation lag of 33 days is in this attribute classified in the interval 31 - 35 days 

Reservation Lag Interval 7 Days

The 7-days interval in which the reservation lag is classified.

For example: A reservation lag of 33 days is in this attribute classified in the interval 29 - 35 days
