Location number and internal location number

You can assign a location number and an internal location number to a location. Here's the difference between them: 

Location number

Unique location number is configured for a location which can be used to generate the reservation number series for that location. The first 3 numbers of the reservation number are the same as the location number. For example, if the 'Location number' = 919, then the reservations for that location will be assigned numbers like '91921000015', '91921000010' and so on. 

If you do not configure any location number the system will automatically generate the reservation numbers for that location. 

Internal location number

You can assign internal location number for a location if there are many locations and you would like to maintain numbering for their convenience just like house number. It can be used for your internal purposes only.
