INSEE
The National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies abbreviated INSEE is the national statistics bureau of France. It collects and publishes information about the French economy and people and carries out the periodic national census.
Why is this important?
French resorts/parks are required to report monthly occupancy data to INSEE. This includes information about the number of stays… segmented by the guest's countries of origin. INSEE use this data to produce statistical analysis and economic insight in France. You can check some results of those surveys here:
MXTS integration to INSEE
The INSEE integration on MXTS automates the monthly submission of resort occupancy data. Instead of manually preparing and sending the data, the integration automatically generates the required file for each applicable location and transmits them to INSEE. Only requires a one-time configuration.
Supported functionality
Automated XML generation and send to INSEE
Each month, the integration creates an XML file for every location configured under the Integration Manager → Configuration → Reseller → INSEE → Linked Locations. The XML files include both campsite pitch and mobile home occupancy data, as well as guest nationality information.
