Steps

Bookflow consists of few steps, each of them is represented by a Page linked to the Site. Each Step Page includes widgets that perform necessary functions and display user interface related to booking.

Open

Accomodationdetails (Accodetail) step

On this page a user sees the details of the booking selected via search: property description, dates, party, bill. It is still possible to adjust some of the selections here.

Additions step

If guests want to book additional amenities (breakfast, insurance, bicycle rent, activities etc) they can do it on this page. Addons may change the displayed price in the bill.

Customer step

On customer step page guests fill-in their details: name, address, mobile number etc. If it’s a new client, making an account is also possible at this point.

Payment step

Payment is the last step from guests' side. If the payment is not done within a particular time period the booking is automatically cancelled. If the payment is successfully completed, a guest passes to the next - Result step.

Result step

A guest can see a Status message confirming that the booking is finished.

How to create a book flow?

Select Dynamic Parts in Webmanager and open section Flows. Click on the button +Create New Flow. Give it a clear name and insert necessary steps via widgets drag and drop.

Configure each step by linking step page and setting up the previous and next pages. Create pages for each flow step.
