Employee groups

With Employee groups, all employee groups can get an identifier to which department the belong to. Employee groups are used for example to link printer settings, or can be used as a filter in the employees for batch update.

 Instructions

  1. Go to the Backoffice Manager - Employees

  2. Click on the 3 dots:

     

  3. Create group - here you can create a new group

  4. When clicking on an existing group, you can see which employees are already linked and also, which printers are linked
