Insight in required documents for mobile home/touring caravan owners

The purpose of this article is to explain how the user can manage specific required documents such as inspection reports/energy contract/Recron conditions for mobile home owners) in the Reservation manager.

1. Activate the setting (feature flag) to enable this feature (ask your contact person or PO at Maxxton to enable the setting)

2. Activate the permission to allow the user to have insight into these documents of document type Certificates

1. Enable the setting on the reservation category you want to use to manage the certificates in the reservation.

2. Create a new document type to be able to view the certificates linked to the customer and the reservation. Name it Certificates, documents will be fetched on this specific document type name. If you rename it, these specific certificate documents will no longer be visible in the MXTS.

1. The user will be able to upload the documents on the spcific tab Certificates at customer level.

1. It will be possible that documents are already linked to the customer but not to the reservation yet.

2. The user will be notified when there is no valid or missing document in any new or existing reservation, created for the reservation category having the specific setting.

3. Clicking on upload new certificate will open the pop up where you can upload a new document or link any available documents.

1. In Search reservations menu a new filter is added to find reservations where the documents are missing or expire within a certain number of days.

1. A new parameter is added to find reservations where the certificate reminder date is expired/will be /has been expired in xx number of days
