To be able to book an accommodation type, it needs to have a valid release for the release type Everyone. The release can be set per period (fixed dates) or per number of days in the future. The maximum number of days is 730.
The release date is needed for Reservation Manager, Bookings engines, Interfaces like Booking.com.
Releasing can be done in 3 phases:
- Available for Owner bookings (TO CHECK IF IT IS ALREADY WORKING AND HOW)
- Available for Testing: the accommodation is available in the test module, but cannot be booked in the reservation manager or other ways of making a booking.
- Available for Everyone: all ways of making a booking are open.
