Consult or Update Schedules

It is possible to filter the schedules (e.g: based on the Admin Organisation)
You can activate/deactivate a task using the toggle button (Active / Inactive)
You can consult all Revenue Distribution reports created based on a task using the right arrow. When a revenue distribution is created, it’s possible to use the hyperlink to go directly to the report, also available in the
Once a Revenue Distribution is created (from the scheduler or not), it is directly available in the tab Finance Manager > Revenue Distribution
Dependencies
The revenue Distribution Scheduler is based on the Revenue Distribution rules already configured in the system (reservations are picked up based on what has been configured)
Revenue Distribution Scheduler creates Revenue Distributions Reports, available in the “Revenue Distribution” tab. Those Revenue Distribution can be exported manually or with API, as any other revenue distribution (https://developers.maxxton.com/maxxton/v1/swagger/index.html#/AdminOrganisation/getRevenueDistributionJournals )
Revenue Distribution Scheduler will automatically update the last Revenue Distribution Report “Completed” (not validated yet) to “Verified” (validated) to create a new Revenue Distribution. Therefore, it is not required to update manually the status of the Revenue Distribution Report to “Verified” if the Scheduler is configured.
Conclusion
In summary, the revenue Distribution Scheduler feature in Maxxton Software allows the creation of Revenue Distribution Reports automatically in the system regularly (daily to monthly), without manual action in the future.
It is advised to not update or change the schedulers, and to ask the Maxxton Customer Success team to set this scheduler for you, so you can work with the outputs (reports) generated in the Revenue Distribution tab.
