- The MXTS user should first login into Maxxton Software with your credentials and then navigate to "Backoffice Manager" to start.
- The MXTS user lands on the employee page. Here two flows are possible:
- On-Duty status flow:
- The MXTS user clicks on the three dots on the right top of the screen.
- Afterwards, the MXTS user clicks on the “Export employee data” button and an excel-file will be generated with the employees with an On-Duty Status.
- Off-Duty status flow:
- After landing on the employee page, the MXTS user clicks on Advanced filters and ticks the box: “show off-duty”.
- Then the MXTS user can follow the same procedure as in the On-Duty flow to export the data of the employee data with status Off-Duty.
