In this business scenario, the name of an accommodation type has changed and customers that booked this type and arrive within 60 days need to be informed.
1. Create manual task
- Enter a name
- Choose the context → reservation
- Choose type of trigger → manual
- Optional to enter a desciption
2. Create action
- Enter a name
- Choose a type of receiver → customer
- Select email report you want to send → "Name change of reserved accommodation"
3. Create conditions
- Enter a name
- And → choose the applicable location
- And → choose the accommodation type ID
- And → arrival date is between today and 60 days
4. Enable task and execute (please don't forget to delete or de-activate task after execution in order to prevent sending the notification multiple times)
