In this business scenario, the name of an accommodation type has changed and customers that booked this type and arrive within 60 days need to be informed.

1. Create manual task

  • Enter a name
  • Choose the context  → reservation
  • Choose type of trigger → manual
  • Optional to enter a desciption

 


2. Create action

  • Enter a name
  • Choose a type of receiver → customer
  • Select email report you want to send → "Name change of reserved accommodation"


3. Create conditions

  • Enter a name
  • And → choose the applicable location
  • And → choose the accommodation type ID
  • And → arrival date is between today and 60 days

4. Enable task and execute (please don't forget to delete or de-activate task after execution in order to prevent sending the notification multiple times)
