Accommodation type rates for the period are configured
Before configuring priority management, the first step is to define your season sets.
Season sets
Season sets are a collection of periods within a book year consisting of ‘Low', ‘Mid’, and 'High’ seasons for a particular year.
Example: For 2024, summer periods starting from 01-07-2023 to 31-08-2023 can be considered as the high seasons.
The season set is linked when you are adding configuration for the accommodation types for priority management for any parameter used for adding priority management.

When using Target amount
For the specific Target amount linked to specific contract types for an accommodation type, the contracts where the highest target revenue amount is to be achieved will be shown on top when creating a reservation
As seen, when units start getting reservations, the “Target achieved“ percentage gets updated based on the achieved target revenue turnover with every reservation (as seen below)
This unit priority is dynamic and gets updated with all the reservation turnover amounts and reflected in this view
When occupancy for an accommodation type reaches above 85% then the system switches to Planboard fitting automatically to fit the reservations better on a planning chart and ensure there are less gaps anymore
You can easily identify the missing configuration as the system shows a red exclamation next to the missing configuration for the units
When using VSI for units (Value Scoring Index)
When using VSI, the VSI number is added to each unit within the unit details page.
The priority of each unit is then decided according to the VSI number added to it. The lower the VSI number, the higher will be the priority. Example, if VSI number 1 is added for Unit A and VSI number 5 is added for Unit B, then Unit A will be shown on top when creating a reservation
You can configure the VSI for units by navigating to the Units > Advanced settings (as shown below)
When using Contract priority
When using the Contract type priority number to prioritise the units of an accommodation types belonging to a specific Contract type
Units have the Contract types having lower priority number are displayed on top when creating a reservation. Example, Contract type 1 has priority = 10, Contract type 1 has priority = 20, then units belonging to Contract type 1 will be shown on top when guests make a reservation
Contract priority can be set/changed from Owner Manager > Configuration > Contract types menu
