Per location there have to be configured housekeeping employees. In practice there are two different kind of employees: the normal employee (maids) and the control employee. While creating these housekeeping employees in Newyse it is possible to select one of these kinds. After selecting the locations where the employee will be working and the role which is suitable for this employee, the configuration is ready.

Please mind: when the housekeeping employees will be working with a tablet, the role of the user should have linked internet user group HK-objects and an email address should be present in the general tab of the employee in Newyse.
