When a number[many/group] of add-ons is offered together as a complete one package then we call them 'Offer with Add-on'[package/Compositions]. Using an 'Offer with Add-on', you can combine two or more add-ons together and offer them as one package where guests/customers will be able to book one package item to avail of all add-ons which are a part of the package.
Example:- Exceptional unpacking[Offer with Add-on](Package Name)
1→Local Tax
2→Reservation Charges
(Above Add-ons are included in our Offer with Add-on)
In this example, if guests book an Offer with add-ons (Exceptional unpacking) then local tax and Reservation charges are included in that Package.
they don't have to pay an extra amount for the tax and reservation charges because it comes under that package amount[rate/price].
1. Steps to create an Offer With add-on (Package)
1. First Click on Rate Manager
2. Go to 'Rate Manager' and click on "Offer" on the left menu side.
To create an Offer With Add-ons, click on "Create Offer" [Scenario and details]
3. There are Two Options You can see
→General offer
→Offer With Add-ons
Click on Offer With Add-ons for Package.
4. Now you can see multiple Options on-screen some are mandatory[* Must fill that options] and some are not mandatory options.
- choose the location for which you would like to create this add-on package.
- Choose the Type of price (New Price/Parsentage price/Rate per Subject Price)
- Choose Policy "Open" or "Hidden"
- Choose the Resort under which you want to create this package.
- Add Offer Search code (at the time of searching our package/offer it helps us)
- Choose the Parent under which you want to create this package.
- Add the name and code of the add-on package. You can also add a description and short description which will be seen when guests book this package online.
Click on Next Step
5. Select Distribution Channel (We can book our Offer With Add-ons/Package through this medium)
->Link individual channels
->Link distribution channel group
Click on 'Create Offer' to create your Offer With Add-on/ Package.
2. Linking add-ons as package items
- To link add-ons as package items, go to the 'Linked package items' section in your newly created add-on package.
- Click on "Link package items" where a new pop-up will enable you to choose one or multiple add-ons and link them as items of this package.
- You can filter the add-ons based on location and then search them based on the name or code of the add-on.
