New features and bug fixes

Maxxton Software - Release v2023.15.0

Your Maxxton Software experience is improving as we work to squash bugs and release new features. Here's an account of the improvements you'll find in the latest releases.

This release is now available on acceptance at 6 April and will (probably) be released to production on 12 April or 18 April.

Note 
This release note for the test environment is indicative of the possible features to be released in the production environment. In case one or more feature(s) are unstable or have bugs/issues, the feature(s) would not be a part of the production release. Kindly also check the linked tickets for more information.

Channel Manager

What's Improved

  • Location filter improvement for Supplier

    In the different card of 'Supplier' (Channel manager) it was observed that we were showing all the locations in the 'Location search filter' that are not even linked in that particular card, however now we have made sure that only those locations would be visible in these 'location search filters' that are linked in that particular card and also only those locations that are linked to the Account of logged-in user. The cards of Supplier for which these changes are made are:

    • Linked location card
    • Linked accommodation type card
    • Linked Addons card
    • Request details card

Content Manager

What's Improved

  • Ability to add a description for the Amenity category

    You can now add descriptions to Amenity categories to add more information to these categories in various languages. These descriptions can be fetched and shown on the website as well if required.

  • Hyperlink for easy navigation to locations

    Within the accommodation type and unit details pages, you are now able to click on the Location name in the path displayed on top to navigate to the location to which the unit or accommodation type belongs.


Front Office Manager

What's New

  • Export option reservation list

    We have added the export option to the reservation list, from now on it will be possible to export the reservation details to Excel.

  • Ability to print barrier cards in bulk

    We have added the option to print barrier cards for multiple reservations. Per booked accommodation 1 card can be printed. Cards can be printed based on the sorted columns in the reservation list.


Owner Manager

What's Improved

  • Linking objects to owners in Owner Manager.

    Added confirmation message when the unit is linked to the owner, along with validations to show accommodation type on the selection of location field.

  • Quick Link between Owner Manager and Content Manager

    Addition of a quick link in Owner Manager with Content Manager to check the unit configs.

  • All results dropdown selection makes it disappear

    After selecting the dropdown of all results, the user should be able to re-sort and select the option to display the required results.


Reservation Manager

What's Improved

  • New search option for company

    We have combined the search for company. From now on you will find reservations having the company name filled in on Customer and Paying customer form.
