What's New

  • Search filters on the Loyalty transaction table

    Adding search filters to a loyalty transaction table can enhance the user experience by allowing users to quickly find specific transactions based on certain criteria. The filters user will be able to use while searching loyalty transaction are Transaction date, Valid from date, Expiration date. Transaction type, Reservation, Minimum points and Maximum points.

  • Reward rules - bulk update flow

    By implementing bulk update flow, users can efficiently manage and update multiple reward rules at once, saving time and reducing the risk of errors.

What's Improved

  • Improvement while adding / editing reward rules

    Implemented improvements to enhance user experience while adding and editing reward rules, leading to increased efficiency, reduced errors, and greater user satisfaction. Here are some improvements:

    • default values in operator and condition fields, alignment of button, proper spacing between two conditions.
  • Improvement in success message while manually deducting loyalty points

    Correct success message is shown for manually deducting customer loyalty points, providing users with accurate feedback on the outcome of their actions.

  • Improvement on filters for linked accommodation in Loyalty redemption configuration

    The improvements will make the filtering experience for linked accommodation in loyalty redemption configuration more robust and user-friendly. Here are some improvements:

    • User can search for linked accommodations with the short description text or code or using “show archived” filter.

Content Manager

What's Improved

  • View reservation numbers while archiving Amenity

    We have added an improvement to display reservation numbers when archiving an amenity that is linked to future reservations. This will help you easily identify and manage reservations associated with archiving the amenity. You can also click on the reservations and navigate to Reservation Manager to view more details.

  • Add-on list menu improvement

    To increase the consistency of overview pages and to help you find relevant information quickly, we have revamped the list page of the Add-ons page to a new look. You can add filters, switch between list and tree view, and sort on various columns. Check out the new page in Content Manager > Add-ons menu!

  • History to capture now the removal of Doorlock pin from Unit

    We have added a new improvement also to capture history when a user removes the door lock pin code. This will allow you to track all changes of adding or removing door lock pin codes from Units.

  • New and improved look for Infotexts module

    We have revamped the Infotext module to a new look to improve usability, add more validations, and improve information density. From adding new conditions to adding validations for wrong configurations, new settings and requirements card layout, and much more. Want to know how it looks? Check out the Infotexts menu in Content Manager.


Finance Manager

What's Improved

  • Ledger linking feedback enhancement

    To improve user confirmation and feedback within the Ledgers module, we have introduced success messages for linking operations. Previously, users did not receive any confirmation after successfully linking accommodation types, add-ons, or owners to ledgers, which could lead to uncertainty about the action's success. Users will now see specific success messages upon successfully linking items to ledgers.


Operations Manager

What's New

  • Import work orders in bulk

    Now, within the work order module, you can create work orders in bulk using the import template function. This feature significantly reduces the time needed to create multiple work orders for your team, especially when the work orders share similar input values. How it works:

    • Download Location-Wise Data File: You will have the option to download a location-wise data file. This file provides essential information related to work orders specific to each location.
    • Raw Template: Alongside the data file, you will receive a raw template. In this template, the user can input the values for creating work orders using the import template.

Owner Manager

What's New

  • Introduction of New Select Model in Owner Manager

    In response to feedback on the difficulty of using traditional select-boxes for extensive options, we've reintroduced a more user-friendly Select Modal. Inspired by the functionality of the classic Newyse modal but updated with the modern aesthetics of MXTS, this new model offers an intuitive inline popup interface that simplifies making large selections. Select Model in Owner Manager Implementation Details:

    • Pilot Area: Initially, this feature is available in a specific workflow to gather user feedback and ensure its effectiveness. Users can access the new Select Modal in the following path:
    • Go to Owner ManagerOwner FinancialsVerify Owner Financials → Click on the "Manage Income" button → Select the "Rental Income" tab → Use the Select Modal for "Contract Types" and "Locations".
    • Future Rollout: Based on user feedback and the success of this initial implementation, we plan to gradually introduce this feature across other sections within the Finance Manager and Owner screens, as well as additional areas of MXTS. Do understand that we have to turn on this functionality for you.

What's Improved

  • Owner contract export process enhancement

    We've streamlined the Owner Contract Export process to enhance usability and reduce complexity. Previously, the interface included a "Download" button that was unnecessary since the file automatically downloads upon completion of the export. Update Details:

    • Automated Closure: After the export process completes and the file automatically downloads, the export modal will now close automatically. This removes any need for user interaction with a "Download" or "Close" button, simplifying the workflow.
    • Enhanced User Experience: This change ensures a smoother, more intuitive export process, allowing users to focus on their tasks without additional steps.

Rate Manager

What's Improved

  • Revenue Manager - Adjust the importance score of the Days and/or Occupancy Reached monitor after a rate change

    Users can now assign and configure an "importance score" to reports in the Days and/or Occupancy Reached monitor that can be created after a rate change.

  • Revenue Manager - Possibility to redirect to the Insights page from the detailed Trends page

    Users can now redirect to the Insights page from the detailed Trends page. Previously, this was only possible from the overview page.

  • Revenue Manager - Allowing users to enable Auto-Pilot with a new user flow

    With this modal, we provide users with a structured and reliable method to enable Auto-Pilot, taking into account the potential impact on the system and operations.


Reservation Manager

What's Improved

  • Improvement updating installments

    Based on feedback from our users, we have improved the current flow and behavior of updating installments. It is now possible to update the payment terms, decrease the values on existing terms and add new extra terms.

  • Resend SMS

    We have improved the current flow by allowing the user to resend a message of type SMS. A random click on the sent message row in tab Communication will display a new button Resend this report.

  • Possible to add a credit invoice to a declined reservation

    A specific request from users working with invoices (snapshots). It is now possible to create a credit invoice to a declined reservation.
