Configure Error Messages in Dynamic Widgets

Bedroom/Bathroom

Step 1. Enable Error Message

If this is the first time you want to set error messages on the widgets, you first have to enable it. Under the Style tab in the Bedroom/Bathroom widget click on 'Show error message along the widget'.

Click save.

Go to the translation page by clicking on the Languages tab, and then Translations, in the left menu pane.

Find the correct Translation. If you can not find the one needed you have to create a new one (ask Maxxton team for help to choose the correct).

Open the translation by clicking on it.

The field 'Translation' is the text the user will see if they in this case try to choose more bathrooms than what the limit is in the bedroom/bathroom widget.

Save the changes.

You can now go on the page and check. Every Bedroom/Bathroom widget where you have activated 'Show error message along the widget' will give the following message.

Now we can do the same for Bathrooms.

Save and check it out. We now have error messages for both bedroom and bathrooms.

Remember that you need to set this on every widget. E.g. if you also have bedroom and bathroom widgets specifically for mobile, you need to enable error messages on those as well.

Subject Widget

For the subject widget you also have to go to the Display tab and choose 'Show inline error message'.

Find the right translation.
