To show terms and conditions to the guest a terms and conditions template needs to be linked in the content manager. This page will show the steps that you should follow to setup the configuration.



To create / setup terms and conditions you need one or multiple templates of type terms and condition setup in Newyse.
Once this has been setup you can use the content manager to choose a specific template per location.

Newyse

Content manager (location)
Open the settings drawer for the location you are setting up terms and conditions at

In the settings drawer choose override / add terms and conditions

In the modal/popup make sure all fields are filled in
- For type choose "General"
- Valid from / valid to van be used when new terms and conditions become active at a certain moment in time

Content manager (accommodation type)
Open the settings drawer for the accommodation type

Once opened scroll all the way down and mouse over the message "No terms and conditions"

Click on the message and choose the type "General"

Once the terms and conditions have been build in the self check-in portal they will be reflected if the guest did not yet approve these via BM/Myenv or other medium.
