The purpose of this article is to explain how the user can create an add-on reservation in the Reservation manager.

Permission

  1. Activate the following permission to allow the user to create add-on reservations

Configuration add-ons

  1. Activate the setting to allow the user to see and book the add-ons in the add-on reservation

How to create the add-on reservation

  1. Open the reservation manager and click on the 3 dots next to New accommodation reservation

  2. Select New add-on reservation

  3. The displayed default linked DC and RC are already filled in with the option to change them

  4. Select a location, reservation period and click on Create reservation

  5. You will now enter the add-on page, select any add-on from the fast add-on list or use the browse option to find any available add-on

  6. The pop-up allows you to update the quantity, number of subjects or change the period, add a memo and add the add-on to the reservation

  7. Continue the reservation by adding the customer details and confirm the reservation

  8. Specific installments can be set up to allow the customer to pay the bill

  9. Also sending communication from the reservation is still possible but off course this will be possible using the Notification manager as well

How to search/filter Add-on reservations

  1. In the Search reservations menu a filter is added to find this kind of reservations

  2. The export to excel cannot be used for Add-on reservations yet, there is no column to show the add-ons on (future development by creating the export resources)

Add-on reservation in the Front office manager

  1. In the Front office manager 2 new boxes are added to the dashboard

  • No labels
