Export add-on rates

Date selection in add-on rates export 

You can choose the Stay date from/to and Book date from/to for which you would like to export the rates for the selected add-ons. In case you leave Stay date from/to and Book date from/to as blank, then the all rates from previous/future dates would be exported. By default, today's date is selected in both date fields which will export all add-on rates which are valid from today.
