Customer Care

What's Improved

  • Reward Rules - Bulk Update Flow

    When adding a new condition, the step will now validate all selected rules and indicate whether the rule already has the condition or if it is a new condition.

  • Merging Customers with a Mandate

    Merging will be allowed when all customers have no mandate, or when all customers have the same mandate details.

  • Adapt Case Section on Employee Dashboard to Inbox Concept

    • In the Unresolved Cases section, we will display all Open and In Progress case statuses with a count of those assigned to the logged-in employee.
    • In addition to the My Cases tab, we will show all Inboxes assigned to the employee when the "Access All Inboxes" permission is not granted.
  • Personalizing the Customer Timeline for an Employee

    We have implemented a feature to personalize the customer timeline for an employee by storing the employee's preference in the type filter across all customers.

  • Improve Reservation Validation for the Loyalty Program

    The reservation validation process has been made more user-friendly, clearly indicating which programs and rewards match and which ones fail.

  • Employee Dashboard Improvement - Unified Inbox Messages

    • We will use inbox colors to display graphs for Unanswered Messages on the employee dashboard.
    • The Unanswered Messages tab will show all inboxes, with an arrow button to scroll through them. The My Messages tab will display the inboxes assigned to the user, and applying inbox filters next to My Messages will show unanswered messages in that inbox, whether assigned to the user or not.
  • Improvements to the Right to Forget Feature

    We can delete customers who have declined or deleted reservations for future dates. However, customers with canceled or definitively canceled reservations linked to future dates cannot be deleted.

  • Improvements When Creating Multiple Loyalty Programs

    We have implemented stricter conditions for selecting start dates when creating loyalty programs.

  • Hide Conditions Not Part of Selected Reward Rules

    When updating conditions (i.e., removing conditions), only conditions that are part of the selected reward rule will be shown in the dropdown.

  • Improvements in Create Reward Rule (Impact/Overlap Calculation)

    The impact analysis will begin from the start date of the reward rule being created and will default to 30 days.

  • Provide Sorting Columns for Loyalty Transaction Table

    We have added sorting capabilities to columns such as Transaction Date, Valid From, and Expires On in the Loyalty Transaction table.

  • Added Conditions Displayed in Dropdown When Creating or Editing Reward Rules

    In the conditions dropdown of Reward Rules in the Loyalty Program, only conditions not already added to the rule will be shown when creating or editing reward rules, along with the selected condition.

  • Proper Error Message for Failed Merges Due to Locked Reservations

    When merging customers, a warning message will appear if any locked reservations are linked to the customer.

  • Export Customer Details

    • When exporting customer details, if the SENDER and REPLY emails do not match, a callout message will be displayed.
    • While exporting data, it will be possible to link a new case to the parent conversation and the replied email.
  • Recent Customers in Customer List Page

    The recent customers screen will display the 15 most recently visited or created customers, with the most recent at the top.

  • Merged Customers Filter

    Users can filter merged customers by Status, Started By, and Start Date on the Merge Customer page.

  • Improvement in Program Rule Column for Accommodation Type

    During reservation validation, the condition Accommodation Type will be properly aligned for all columns, making it easily readable with names in a single line, properly spaced, and separated by commas.

  • Hide Linear Reservations from Reservation Validation Dropdown

    During reservation validation, the dropdown no longer shows linear reservations. Additionally, linear reservations cannot be searched at the Unit or Type levels.

  • Add Label/Note to Additional Contact Details

    On the Customer Overview page, when opening Contact Details to add an alternate phone number or email, a "Belongs to Customer's" field/label will appear where a relation can be entered. Once saved, this label will be visible for all users for alternate phone numbers and emails related to that customer.

  • Expired Loyalty Programs Should Not Be Editable

    Users will no longer be able to make changes to expired loyalty programs.

  • Improvement in Reservation Validation for the Loyalty Program

    During reservation validation, if the accommodation satisfies all conditions, reward points will be calculated. In the Points Configured column, the formula (number of points * max. nights) will be displayed for each reward rule, informing the user of the configured points and the points awarded to the customer.

  • Customer Status Rule Added with 0 Reservations

    We can add status rules with 0 reservations in the Min and Max number of reservations fields.

  • Customer Sorting on Customer Page

    Customer sorting will now function for first, middle, and last names.


Content Manager

What's Improved

  • Validation for archiving add-on representation

    • The system's behaviour is enhanced when it attempts to archive add-on representations which are linked as mandatory to accommodation types.
    • Previously, archiving such representations could lead to unexpected results in bookings. Now, the system displays a warning message stating that archiving is possible only when the existing mandatory link between the accommodation type and the add-on is ended.
    • The linking can end in bulk by using Batch update. This update helps prevent potential booking errors and ensures the integrity of accommodation type configurations.
  • Ability to import Priority management configuration for Target amount

    Priority management configurations can be imported for accommodation types

    • The import process includes a downloadable template with filtering options to download list of Accommodation types
    • The required details for the Target amount, Season set, etc. for the Accommodation types can be filled in the file.
    • The test run before import includes validation checks to ensure data accuracy and notification of potential conflicts or errors.
  • Ability to configure columns required for importing data in Content Manager

    A new feature is introduced which allows the configuration of the columns for the import of data in Content Manager

    • The relevant columns are configured and saved thus ensuring that only the saved columns are displayed in future imports.
    • When the same file type is selected for import again, previously configured columns are pre-selected, saving time and effort. However, these configurations can be updated as needed.
    • This streamlined approach reduces clutter, focuses on essential data fields, thus providing a more personalized, and efficient import experience.
  • New Supplier configuration updates

    The current way of Supplier configuration in Content Manager is changed to be inline with the new Supplier configuration structure in Integration Manager. The highlights are

    • Location settings: Supplier details are removed from the Location settings in Content Manager.
    • Multiple suppliers linked to a single Accommodation type or Add-on in Content Manager can be viewed. This configuration can be edited from the Integration manager.
  • New Add-on type "Giftcard Voucher"

    A new add-on type called "Giftcard Voucher" is introduced in the Content Manager.

    • This new Add-on type can be used to as gift card Vouchers created in the Rate Manager to reward gift card vouchers to the guests.
    • The Voucher management feature will be released in the upcoming months in Rate Manager where this add-on type can be used.
  • Ability to configure 'Paid on arrival' Activities

    It is now possible to configure Activities that can be configured as 'Paid on arrival'. This means that the guest can pay for this activity upon arrival at the location. Though this Activity will be shown on the total bill, it needs not to be paid through Maxxton Software.


Front Office Manager

What's Improved

  • Update on current permission barriers

    The current actions on the permission barriers are improved. Reset all APB button and reset APB from barrier info drawer are added to level EXECUTE, open barriers once and open barrier once from barrier info drawer are changed from level CREATE to level EDIT.


Rate Manager

What's New

  • Tracking history events for Offer stay period

    With new flow implementation, the offer stay period is introduced. The creation, update, and removal of this field are now recorded in the offer's history.

  • Option to round to one decimal place

    A new option to round rates to one decimal place is added. This can be configured under rate option settings.

  • Displaying timestamp for book dates

    The book dates for linked accommodation types are included in the new flow implementation. Since these dates depend on timestamps, they are added here for consistency and improved usability.

  • History tracking for linked accommodation types

    The updates to the book and stay dates of linked accommodation types are now tracked in the history of an offer. This helps to identify who made changes and when those changes occurred.

What's Fixed

  • Fix for selecting a book date in the past

    Resolved the issue that hindered updating the book date to a past date for linked accommodation types in an offer. It is now possible to set the book date to a past date once again.


Reservation Manager

  • New export columns related to turnover price

    In Search reservations, new columns are added to the export column set in order to provide more insight in the turnover price in the reservations.
