Customer Care

What's Improved

  • Customer Status determination

    Option that allows the evaluation of historical reservations to determine customer status is implemented.

  • Reward rules - bulk update flow

    An additional step is added in the Update/Remove condition flow for the reward rules.

    • Implemented the functionality where selected rules without a specific condition are shown in the "Rules with new conditions" section.
    • Implemented the functionality where selected rules that already have the same condition are shown in the "Rules with overridden condition" section.
    • Implemented the functionality where the "Overridden" section shows no rules if the selected condition to add does not match with the conditions in the existing rules.
    • While removing a condition, the remove dropdown will show only the conditions that are present in the selected reward rules.
    • Implemented the functionality where a rule with only a single condition is categorized under "Rules with non-removable condition" when attempting to remove that condition.
    • Implemented the functionality where reward rules with more than one condition are categorized under "Rules with condition to be removed" when a condition is removed.
  • Linking existing customer to an incoming email

    This is implemented in order to ensure that the customer search results are displayed within milliseconds while linking an existing customer through the 'Add Customer Details' function.

  • Outgoing emails on customer timeline

    The 'Show Details' option in the action menu of the outgoing email on customer timeline, redirects user to Conversation detail page of that selected email.

  • Preview attachment while sending an email

    It is now possible to preview an added attachment (image only), before the email is sent to ensure that the attachment is the one intended.

  • Customer status flexible condition

    It is required to select a value for the customer status criteria before moving forward while editing or creating a status rule.

    • Implemented a functionality where the "Next" button is disabled until all required reservation fields are filled out.
    • Implemented the functionality where the action menu icon is hidden for status rules when a user does not have edit permission.
  • Case Status

    The 'Add Case' button remains disabled until all the mandatory fields, including the case status field, are filled out.

  • Extended the CC list in email replies.

    The functionality to add multiple email addresses to the CC field, when replying to emails is implemented. Previously, only one CC address was allowed, but now several recipients can be included in their replies to enhance communication flexibility.


Content Manager

What's Improved

  • Validations for "Paid on arrival" activity

    • A new setting is introduced for the Activity to mark it as "Paid on arrival".
    • An improvement is added, that the setting "Paid on arrival" can only be marked when the Activity is paid.
    • For activity types "No tickets" and "Free activity", it is not possible to mark the Activity as "Paid on arrival".
  • Improvement in displaying inactive/archived selections in Add-on rate

    Previously, the archived or inactive Accommodation types, Offers etc were not visible in the Add-on rate even when they were selected. This flow is improved now to show these selections with a label "Archived". In summary

    • Archived or inactive Accommodation types, Offers, etc. are now visible in Add-on rates when selected.
    • These items are clearly labeled as "Archived" for easy identification.
    • These updates provide a clearer overview of all selected items, both active and inactive.

Operations Manager

What's New

  • Improvement in the layout of material configuration along with details card

    The process for creating and managing materials within the material configuration module is enhanced, to align it with other configuration modules. Additionally, the detail cards in the material configuration module are developed similarly, ensuring users can manage them with ease.

What's Improved

  • New search filter layout on the housekeeping planning dashboard page

    As part of the page revamp and to ensure consistency across all managers, a new search filter is introduced to the housekeeping planning dashboard. This enhancement allows the search for planned data to be more effective.

  • New search filter layout on the inspection dashboard page

    As part of the page revamp and to ensure consistency across all managers, a new search filter is introduced to the inspection dashboard page. Through this enhancement the inspection data can be searched more effectively.


Rate Manager

What's New

  • Offer cloning

    The process of duplicating an existing (package) offer using the cloning feature has become effortless now. The configuration of any current offer can be copied easily to create a new one using the clone button present in the offer's settings menu.

  • New rounding options

    Two new rounding options are introduced

    • Rounding to one decimal place.
    • Rounding to the nearest quarter. With this option, rates will be rounded to the nearest 0.25, 0.50, or 0.75 etc.
  • Enhanced date flexibility for linked representations

    It is possible to update the stay and book dates for linked representations in a rentability set, provided they have not been used in any reservations. This enhancement offers greater flexibility in managing date adjustments. If there is an attempt to modify a linked representation that is already tied to a reservation, a notification is sent accordingly.

  • Revenue Manager - Predefined date ranges and events in notifications date filter

    Predefined date ranges and events are introduced to the date filter in the notifications section. This allows quick selection of common date ranges or specific events, making it easier to find relevant data.

What's Improved

  • Revenue Manager - Metrics filter added to insights page

    A filter is added to the insights page, allowing users to customise which metrics are displayed. This helps users focus on the data most relevant to them, reducing the amount of unnecessary information.


Reservation Manager

What's New

  • Export resources

    In Search reservations, the Export resources option is implemented which allows to export the details related to booked add-ons and offers.

What's Improved

  • Energy invoice for zero consumed energy

    It is now possible to generate the energy invoice when the consumed energy is zero.

What's Fixed

  • Show employee name on price override reason

    The issue of missing employee details on the price override in the reservation is resolved. Employee name is visible again.

  • Date picker issues

    Several reported issues related to the date picker are fixed:

    • Dates can be again filled in using the type option.
    • Current month for next year can be selected again.
    • Selecting a future year again allows the user to move back to the current year.
