Getting Started

To start setting up your Accommodation types, first login into Maxxton Software with your credentials and then navigate to "Content Manager" to start your set up


When you click on "Content Manager", you will be navigated inside. Find the left menu "Accommodation types" to start. 

 Roles/Rights

Having trouble viewing the content in Content Manager? If you see blank screen or do not see Content Manager icon in home screen page then kindly contact support@maxxton.com.

 User language setting

In order to switch your session language, click on the User name on the left menu bar on screen. Select "Switch session language" and select the language which you wish you select.

View Units

  • Click on "Content Manager". Click on "Units" in left menu to start. 
  • Apply filter for Location to search Units in specific Location. To search Units under specific Accommodation types in that Location, choose the Accommodation type in the filter as shown below. Alternatively, you can search the Unit with Name, Code, Path or short description.

         

View Unit details

To view the details of specific unit, simply click on the Unit. 

  • Navigate to Units in Content Manager
  • Apply Location or Accommodation type filter as explained in section above. You can also search the Unit with Name, Code, Path or short description.
  • Unit(s) as per the above filters will be shown in list below

          

  • Click on the Units and you will be redirected to the Unit details page where you would be able to view information like Unit name, code, short description, description, cleaning status, media linked to the Unit, Owner details etc

Create Units under Accommodation types

There are two ways of creating Units under Accommodation types as mentioned below

Creating Units from Accommodation types

To create Units under specific Accommodation types, you can navigate to the desired Accommodation type to create unit under it. 

  • Accommodation types > go to card "Units" (accessible through the fixed header menu) 
  • Click on "Create unit"as shown in the image below

         

  • Add Name of Unit, Code, Number of units you wish to create (in case you want to create more than 1 Unit). If you are creating more than 1 Unit then choose the naming of Unit by choosing either    to Append the name of Unit with a number or letter OR Increment the name of Unit with a number of letter. When  you choose these options, you will also see how the Units name/code will look      like after applying the append/increment

         

  • Click on "Create" to create these Units under this Accommodation type

Creating Units from Unit module

  • Click on Units in the left side menu and then click on "Create Unit"
  • Choose the Location and Accommodation type under which you would like to create the Unit in the Create unit pop-up
  • Add Name of Unit, Code, Number of units you wish to create (in case you want to create more than 1 Unit). If you are creating more than 1 Unit then choose the naming of Unit by choosing either    to Append the name of Unit with a number or letter OR Increment the name of Unit with a number of letter. When  you choose these options, you will also see how the Units name/code will look      like after applying the append/increment

          

  • Click on "Create" to create these Units under this Accommodation type
