Why is no reminder entry created in this booking?
In case a reminder entry is expected in a booking, but is not added, the following checks can be performed by the user:
- Check if a reminder set is added in the booking
- Check if the reminder set configuration should trigger a reminder (i.e.: reminder after 2 days after due date means the reminder is issued on the 3rd day after due date)
- Check if reminding is put on hold for the booking (no reminder entry is added when reminding is put on hold), or was in the past via booking history
- Validate if other bookings with same date- and/or location-parameters do have a reminder entry added
- If Yes: Issue seems booking specific, raise a support request to Maxxton
- If No: In general no reminders seems generated. Most likely the reminder process is not executed for 1 or more days.
