This dataset provides information per reserved resources (e.g. booked resources in a reservation like bikes, extra beds or ...).

Reservation Duration

Reservation DurationThis is the number of days between the End Date and the Start Date 
Reservation Duration Interval 30 Days

The 30-days interval in which the duration is classified.

For example: A reservation duration of 8 days is in this attribute classified in the interval 1 - 30 days

Reservation Duration Interval 5 Days

The 5-days interval in which the duration is classified.

For example: A reservation duration of 8 days is in this attribute classified in the interval 6 - 10 days

Reservation Duration Interval 7 Days

The 7-days interval in which the duration is classified.

For example: A reservation duration of 8 days is in this attribute classified in the interval 8 - 14 days

Reservation Lag

Reservation Lag

The number of days between the actual reservation date and actual arrival date. This way you can see how many days in advance your customers are making a reservation.

Reservation Lag Interval 30 Days

The 30-days interval in which the reservation lag is classified.

For example: A reservation lag of 33 days is in this attribute classified in the interval 31 - 60 days

Reservation Lag Interval 5 Days

The 5-days interval in which the reservation lag is classified.

For example: A reservation lag of 33 days is in this attribute classified in the interval 31 - 35 days

Reservation Lag Interval 7 Days

The 7-days interval in which the reservation lag is classified.

For example: A reservation lag of 33 days is in this attribute classified in the interval 29 - 35 days

Payer TypeThe type of the payer for the reserved resource (e.g. Agent or Customer)

Definition

Final Internal Price

Total net turnover of all booked accommodations in this reservation, meaning the gross price of the booked accommodations minus specials and included reserved resources.

Invoice Amount

The total price of the reserved resource on the bill. In case there is provided a price override by the user then such price override is used, otherwise the calculated total price.

Number of Adults

Number of Adults that are linked to the reservation. Age >/= 18 years

Number of Babies

Number of Babies that are linked to the reservation. Age <= 2 years

Number of Children

Number of Children that are linked to the reservation. Age >/=3 years and < 10 years

Number of Persons

Number of Persons that are linked to the reservation. Not depending on age

Number of Pets

Number of Pets that are linked to the reservation

Number of Resources

The number of resources booked irrespective of quantity.
If in a particular reservation 2 bikes and 4 bicycles are booked, then Number of Resources will be 2

Number of Teens

Number of Teens that are linked to the reservation. Age >/= 10 years and < 18 years

Quantity

Quantity of the Reserved Resource  e.g. number of bikes that is rented

Resource Turnover

Contribution of each booked reserved resource to the turnover of the accommodation turnover/reservation turnover. If the reservation is declined there is no resource turnover. The total resource turnover per reservation is also known as the "base deduction sum" used in owner settlements.

Sleeper Nights

Sleeper Nights are Number of Persons multiplied by Reservation Duration
