Supplier connections

Maxxton supports several supplier connections, like Nextpax and Qenner.

The Maxxton software client books other companies with other PMS systems, so operating as a Touroperator. Through a connection, the prices and availability is inserted into Maxxton Software. The booking is sent to the supplier system.

Please note that Connection companies might charge a fee.

General agreement

  1. The connection team creates a supplier with all the technical details for the connection. Please create a ticket for this. Depending on the contract with Maxxton, this might be a paid project.
  2. You as a client, needs to contact the partner (Nextpax, Qenner) to set up a contract.
  3. When the supplier, the partner and you all agree, the partner will open the information so that we can receive all the needed information

Configuration

  1. Create location, select the supplier with whom you are going to connect
  2. Create the accommodation types without units, so with unit quantity

No need for adding a quantity, this will be loaded through the connection.
  3. Other details like descriptions, amenities etc, should be created like own locations, also the rentability. Prices will be inserted by the connection.
  4. For every accommodation type, a supplier id should be added. This supplier id is provided by the partner. This is possible in 2 ways:
→ At the settings at the accommodation type

→ in Channel Manager, configurations, Supplier connections
  5. Mandatory and optional add ons need to be created. The add ons which need to be inserted into the supplier system, needs to get a supplier code, in the same way as the supplier id for accommodations:
    → through the add on

    → Through Channel Manager
