How-to configure maintenance services

Services Booking
The new Owner Portal introduces an automated reservation flow, replacing the previous manual process in the old Owner Portal where invoice reservations were created after service list submission.
Required Components
The following components must be present on the page:

  1. Reservation Picker

  2. Bill Widget

  3. Add-ons

Configuration Requirements
Add-ons Configuration

  • Marketing groups configuration is mandatory

  • Enable the quick add to bill for simple add-ons

  • Enable single button option for add-ons with a maximum quantity of 1

  • To show the correct maintenance add-ons, ensure proper configuration for RC ( i.e. owner bungalow ) and DC (i.e. DBEI )

  • Reference MXTS for year-round reservations (January 1 - December 31)

  • Enable booking service add-ons for owners

  • Configure DC and RC settings for Owner (reference invoice reservation MXTS checked-out status)

  • Select the last date to allow booking of work order add-ons

  • Display relevant add-ons on the page

Bill Widget Options
The Bill Widget should be configured with the following settings:

  • Enable shopping cart functionality for workorder reservations

  • Enable work order services reservation

  • Configure DC and RC settings for Owner (reference invoice reservation MXTS checked-out status)

Reservation Process

  • Owner Reservation Flow

  1. Owner selects desired services from add-ons

  2. System automatically creates invoice reservation

  3. Owner can access periodical tasks configured as maintenance services

Booking Status

  • Once a service is booked, the system automatically disables the booking button

  • System displays "Service already has been added" message for booked services

Carried Out Services
Maintenance Widget Display
The Owner maintenance widget shows completed services with the following information:

  • Service execution date

  • Service details

  • Optional service description

Communication Features
The system supports owner communication with resorts/locations through:

  1. Email functionality configuration:

  • Requires dynamic my environment container setup

  • Form widget configuration with:

    • "Use the configured email addressed from the resort" option

    • "Link form widget to send out email" setting in the dynamic my environment container tab

    • Form widget must be a direct child of the container
