Customer Care

What's New

  • Introduction of the Cases dashboard

    We have updated the case workflow to align with the unified inbox approach. A new page, 'Cases dashboard', is now available under the Cases tab. This dashboard allows you to view and manage cases based on urgency, determined by their due dates. You can configure urgency levels by selecting Customer care from the Configuration menu and choosing urgency grouping for cases.

  • Kanban board available for case management

    You can now update the status of your cases using a new Kanban board by simply dragging a case to the appropriate section.

What's Improved

  • Ability to paste screenshots directly into the chat box

    We have introduced the option of pasting the screenshots directly into the chat box. This can be done using keyboard shortcuts: CTRL + V on Windows or CMD + V on Mac.

What's New

  • Cognos report functionality integrated into manual and automatic revenue distribution

    The Cognos report functionality is now available in both manual and automatic revenue distribution within Maxxton Software, a feature previously available in Newyse. In the Configuration section, under the Manual and Automatic tabs, you can access the Print report option by clicking the hamburger icon to open the dropdown menu.

What's Improved

  • Enhanced design of the reminder set

    We have enhanced the look and feel of the reminder set for a better experience, while keeping its functionality intact. You can now quickly search by name or code using the dynamic filter. The pagination is also improved for better performance. Additionally, an edit option is added to the action column and becomes visible when you click the hamburger icon.

  • Unnecessary search bar removed from the revenue distribution rule setup

    We have removed the unnecessary search bar for rule status and distribution type from the dynamic filter in the revenue distribution rule setup.

  • Improved the delete error message in the reminder set

    We have added a clear error message when attempting to delete a linked reminder set. For example, 'We can't delete this reminder set as it's already linked to a reservation'.

What's New

  • Personalised activities

    We have added a new functionality to activity reservations. When booking an activity that requires personalisation, you can now enter individual participant details with the main booker's information. Each ticket will also display a clear indicator showing whether it has been scanned (yes/no).


Operations Manager

What's Improved

  • Current assignee filter added to the workorders dashboard

    We have added a current assignee filter to the work orders dashboard. This allows you to quickly view work orders assigned to a specific person. Thus streamlining task management and follow-up.


Rate Manager

What's Improved

  • New brand filter for linked representations

    We have added a filter for linked representations in the rentability set. Through this, you can filter accommodation types based on their brand, This improves navigation and usability.


Reservation Manager

What's Improved

  • Improvements for the cancellation menu

    We have improved the cancellation menu for better usability and to streamline workflows.

    The highlights are:

    • Search and sort: Search cancelled reservations across the DCs and sort by due amount.
    • Validation and repayment: Easily update statuses using the new update buttons in the header.
    • Communication card: Provides insight into previously sent communication and allows for sending out new ones from this card.
    • Reservation add-ons: Add or edit add-ons via a new pop-up for better control.
    • Definitive cancellation now includes progress feedback and a success message.
