Export Rates and Rentability

We have given two options for the Export Functionalities is as follows,

A] Export Rates

B] Export Rentability

By using these Export Functionalities you can Export rates and Rentabilty rules from resorts, representations, and any bookable Types.

1] Export Rates

If you see the below screenshot one option is their EXPORT RATES for the rates details,

Steps:-

  1. Rate Manager → Export Rates → Select all details like Resort/Accommodation Types/Accommodation Kind/Rate Type

2. After that Click on the Next Step/Button

3. Select Date Criteria for which date range you want to export rates, Stay dates, and book dates from-to also select the options for derived prices wanted in the export file if you select or on that toggle option then default rates as well as derived rates export.

Option:- Do you also want to export the derived prices? The export will include prices that are derived from other rate types [On/Off toggle Option]

Only Up to 26 weeks of stay dates can be selected for exporting prices in a single file [in date criteria you only select 26 weeks if you see in calendar stay date select then automatically from stay date from 26 weeks shows]

4. You can see all selected criteria on the summary page

5. Click on Export rates for file

Export File for rates where you can see three options

a] DATA

b] INFORMATION

c] Derived

Now you can analyze your rates

2] Export Rentability

For export Rentability, you have two options select any one option for the export file.

a] Rentability rules from the rentability set

b] Rentability rules from accommodation representation

Step:- Rate Manager → Rentability Set → Batch Update → Export Rentability → Select option → Click On Export Rentability

If you selected option Rentability rules from the rentability set

Select any Rentability Set from where you want to export the Rentability rules and click on export rentability

If you selected the option, Rentability rules from accommodation representation

Then you have to select the options like Location, accommodation type, rate type, etc, and click on the next step

After that select the Representations from where you want to Export the Rentability rules

Select the date criteria for the Export Rentability rules and also you can select the option

Do you want to export rentability rules based on specific conditions like arrival on weekdays, min length of stay, etc.?

Select options like Arrivals days, min and max length of stay, departure days, Gap between two bookings, Min. and max deviation for the rules.
