Customer Care

What's New

  • Added possibility to search messages by category and/or location

    In the unified dashboard it is now possible to search by location and/or category to search for the messages

  • Support for customer and current employee tags in Customer Care templates

    The customer care templates to send email do now have support for dynamic tags to include customer details and/or information about the current employee sending the email. See our knowledge base for more information on the available tags.

What's Improved

  • Sender name of outgoing emails now visible in the detail panel

    If you want to know who has sent an outgoing email to a customer, you can open the message from the timeline and see the name in the sidepanel with the message details.

  • Direct link to customer profile added to search customer results

    Found multiple customers matching your criteria while linking a message to a customer and can't decide which customer record to choose? There is now an option added to open each customer in a new tab, so you can check all details before linking the message.


Channel Manager

What's Improved

  • Changes in 'Linked Location' card for 'Feratel' reseller

    Currently, it's not possible to link the same location if it has already been linked in the Linked Locations card. But for Reseller 'Feratel' we have now made it possible to link the same location more than once but with different values.


Front Office Manager

What's New

  • Ability to print reports via batch update

    We have added the option to print reports/templates for multiple reservations. Check here how you can use the reservation batch update in the Front office manager.


Owner Manager

What's Improved

  • Addition of full unit path in accommodation dropdown in Owner Manager.

    The full path of the unit is now displayed to distinguish units with the same name.

  • Contract Rule value should show up to 9 decimals

    The missing decimal digit in the contract rule value issue is fixed and hence it displays the correct data.


Reservation Manager

What's New

  • Show linked memo on the DC in the reservation

    We have added the option to view linked memos to the distribution channel. They are visible in all places where we display the distribution channel in the reservation.

  • Show VAT on templates

    We have added a new check box to the reservation, tab finance allowing the user to activate the display of VAT on the templates of send out communication.

What's Fixed

  • Info text issues related to the condition stay dates

    We have fixed the issue, the info texts related to stay dates will again be added to the reservation.

  • Not possible to remove add-ons and accommodations

    We have fixed the issue and the add-ons/accommodations can again be removed from the reservation.

  • Not possible to change payer type

    We have fixed the issue and change payer type can again be used.
