Message routing based on language
Using machine learning, Customer Care is now able to detect the language that an incoming message is written in. You can now use this to configure message routing rules to separate messages into different inboxes based on the language. Very helpful if you have dedicated people in your team for a specific language.

Added new data type for RMS suppliers
Recently we have implemented the feature to export booked addons for RMS supplier, in order to show this on Supplier-dashboard we have created a new data type "Reservation add-on", through which users would be able to see the booked addons for RMS supplier

Accommodation-type filter not working properly in different cards of Resellers and Suppliers
It has been observed that the “Accommodation type” filter is not working fine. The dropdown of this filter is no more reflecting the list of actual linked Accommodation-types, rather the drop-down is now showing the ‘Parent-Accommodation-type’. This issue has been fixed and now the actual linked Accommodation-type(s) is reflected in the dropdown filter.

Reservation category filter option for add-on rate
We have added improvements to the filter for the Reservation category when filtering the rates within the add-on rates card. When you choose a category to filter, you can easily view all the rates that are valid for that reservation category.

Improvements for the Amenity categories configuration flow
There are new improvements added to the amenity categories configuration menu. Now you can access the 'Manage categories' by navigating to the three dots settings option within the Amenities menu. We have also made it easier to navigate through the list of existing categories and view details at the same time.

New columns in basic column list
We have added a few new columns to the column set in the Check-in/Check-out page of the Front office manager. New columns are related to customer email address, customer status, present open work orders and license plate details. We support these new columns in the print and export lists.

Access invoice reservation, history and images from billed work orders
Now when the work order is billed user will be able to open the invoice reservation, view the linked images and access the history of the work order from the work order drawer.

In the work order category configuration, a new card for locations and accommodation types is added, so users can link, unlink and view the linked locations and accommodation types.

Number of reservations are added as a column in the rate for accommodations and offers
Users can now identify how many reservations are booked with a specific rate. In this way it is easily identified how well an offer is performing and how often an accommodation rate is used in a booking.

We have improved the flow by showing the user a warning message trying to send out communication when the reservation status is still initial.
