Content Manager

What's New

  • Ability to add meter readings with a start date

    Now, when adding meter readings, you have the option to specify a start date. Additionally, you can edit the date of a previously recorded meter reading, provided it does not overlap with any existing reading dates. This enhancement offers you enhanced flexibility and accuracy in managing your meter readings.

What's Improved

  • Usability improvements for the Import batch status

    New filtering options and added view columns, including import type, uploader details, and upload date, enhance transparency and control. These enhancements optimize your import management experience, enabling you to streamline your workflow.
  • View the history of combined units

    With this update, you can now access a comprehensive event history for configuration-related activities for combined units. This functionality empowers you with valuable insights.

Finance Manager

What's New

  • Reminder level delete validations added

    The reminder level under finance manager configurations now has a delete option with validations.

What's Improved

  • Show warning message when journal period dates are not properly configured

    Journal period under finance manager configuration now shows a warning message, when the current(today) date is not configured.

What's Fixed

  • Periodic financial reports are failing when the employee is off-duty.

    Fixed the issue of financial transaction reports and journal reports generation failure when the employee is marked as off-duty.

Front Office Manager

What's Improved

  • Update reservation status now part of the new batch update

    We improved on updating the reservation status to checked in/checked out for a selection of reservations in the Front office manager. The current logic is changed into the reservation batch update. The user is now also able to view the history of this batch update in the Front office manager.

Operations Manager

What's New

  • Get the cleaning status of an accommodation in the dashboard

    From now onwards, the user can easily see the cleaning status for the selected unit from the past period to get more insights on the situation.

What's Improved

  • Possibility to change accommodation type and unit inside a work order

    From now onwards, the user can change the accommodation type or unit that's been selected in a work order and change this to another type or unit.

Owner Manager

What's Fixed

  • Reservations are visible on the owner details page outside of the ownership period.

    Owner details page reservation card will now only show the reservations of the units under the ownership period of the owner.
  • Issue with same contract "duplicated" on the same unit.

    Fixed the issue of duplicate contracts for expired ownership under units.

Reservation Manager

What's New

  • New search filter related to payment term sets

    We have created a new search filter in the menu Search reservations allowing the user to search reservations having a specific payment term set.

What's Improved

  • New permissions in the Reservation manager and Front office manager

    New permissions are created allowing the user to create a work order and make a payment in checked-out reservations that are not fiscally closed. The permissions are OFF by default.
  • New permissions in the Reservation manager and Front office manager

    New permission is created allowing the user to add a negative amount on the payment pop-up in the reservation. The permission is OFF by default.
  • New columns for export column set

    We have added a few new columns to the export column set in Search reservations to allow the user to export details of Customer language, Agent bill subtotal and total, owner contract type name, owner contract start date, owner contract end date, expected check-in time and expected check-out time.

What's Fixed

  • Don't display accommodation types that don't have units/unit quantity configured

    We have improved on this and from now on we show only accommodation types in the search and book page results that are available based on the configuration and have at least one unit or one unit quantity.
