Content Manager

What's Improved

  • Combined units can be locked automatically

    In the past, there have been instances that when locking units with the combined unit configuration, you might forget to lock the linked combined units. Now, when you lock a main unit, its linked combined units will also be automatically locked for the same period once you verify the same. This feature is seamlessly integrated into the unit details and accommodation types details pages for both adding and releasing locks.


Finance Manager

What's Fixed

  • Journal and financial transaction report schedular validation added.

    The scheduler form for journal and financial transaction reports now includes validations to ensure all required data is saved.


Front Office Manager

What's Fixed

  • Add-ons not visible on the dashboard

    The user noticed that booked add-ons were not visible on the dashboard when there was just one location linked to their account. We have fixed this and the add-ons are again visible.


Notification Manager

What's New

  • Possible to send out communication related to invoice reservations

    Following the new feature of creating a linked invoice reservation to the year-round reservation, we now have added a new condition that allows the user to configure a task to send out communication-related to these invoice reservations.


Operations Manager

What's Improved

  • Show the next arrival date while rescheduling departure units

    From now onwards, it will be possible to see the next arrival date while rescheduling the chosen departure units in the housekeeping dashboard and accordingly user can select the reschedule date for all units or per unit.


Owner Manager

What's Improved

  • Owner history now displays (un)archiving

    The Owner's history of archiving or unarchiving will be displayed with this improvement.

What's Fixed

  • Read-only rights were not always read-only

    If a user had read-only access in the Owner Manager, they sometimes also had create or edit permissions. This bug has been fixed in this release.

  • Contracts from all locations are visible.

    Contracts are only visible to users with access to the relevant locations.


Rate Manager

What's Improved

  • Revenue Manager - Trends page data can be grouped by Day, Week, Month or Year. Numbers redirect to the Insights page.

    Adding the ability to show data grouped by day, week, month or year allows users to dive deep into their data by collection. By clicking on the figures, the Insights page opens directly to the selected collection and time period.

  • Revenue Manager - The Days to Impact and Impacted Days columns are added to the Notifications table.

    The Days to Impact column provides insight into the time to notification, relative to today. The Impacted Days column gives the user direct insight into the duration of the notification, that is, the number of days between the Stay Date from and the Stay Date to.


Reservation Manager

What's Improved

  • Improvements on the upgrade in the reservation against the rentability rules

    As it is sometimes needed to ignore the rentability rules during an upgrade in the reservation, we have created a new permission to ignore them while using the upgrade functionality. The new permission is OFF by default.

What's Fixed

  • Sorting issue search reservations

    The issue is fixed and sorting on location/customer name and customer status works again as expected.

  • Issue adding add-ons to the reservation

    We have fixed the issue where it was not possible to add add-ons to reservations that are booked via resellers.
