Energy label registration number export at Units
As part of compliance with the new legislation requiring energy labels for rental units, we previously introduced the option to store energy label registration numbers at the unit level in our earlier releases. Now, we've expanded this functionality by including the energy label registration number as a new field in the unit details export. This enhancement allows you to conveniently export unit details, including the energy label registration numbers configured at the unit level, or identify units where this information is missing.

Add-on type filtering options in various lists displaying add-ons
In Content Manager, you frequently link add-ons to accommodation types and units, among other areas. We understand that filtering add-ons based not only on their name and code but also by their add-on type can greatly enhance the convenience of this process. That's why we've implemented an add-on type filter in various lists containing add-ons. This enhancement is designed to help you quickly locate the specific add-ons you need. You'll find this feature available in several places, including when linking mandatory add-ons to accommodation types, units, and during batch updates."

Create ledger improvement
In the ledgers module of the Finance Manager, we have made a user
experience improvement concerning the ledger type select box. Previously, the
select box displayed "Empty" which could cause confusion or ambiguity when users
were navigating the interface. We have updated this to now display "Choose Ledger
Type" offering clearer guidance for the user.

Financial reports dashboard bug
We successfully resolved a bug that had been affecting the Financial
Reports Dashboard section of the Finance Manager. The issue had caused users
to encounter an error message when attempting to retrieve Journal reporting for
a selected company.
Owner Manager
What's New

Owner Manager changes DAC 7 legislation
The recent update to the owner manager now includes three additional
fields to enhance compliance with DAC 7 legislation. These fields are the Chamber
of Commerce number, place of birth, and a "DAC 7 Verified Owner" selection box.
The inclusion of the Chamber of Commerce number and place of birth fields offers
more precise identification of the owner. The "DAC 7 Verified Owner" checkbox
allows you to indicate that the owner''s information has passed due diligence
checks. These new fields are intended to supplement the already existing required
fields, creating a comprehensive dataset that aligns well with DAC 7 legal requirements.

We have made significant performance improvements to the revenue
distribution module of the Owner Manager. Initially, the service took 10 to 30
seconds to populate, our latest optimizations has brought that time down to 1
second or less. This enhancement dramatically speeds up workflows and improves
the overall user experience, allowing for more efficient and seamless revenue
distribution operations.
Reservation Manager

New permission to allow the user to export reservation details
Since the most sensitive data is related to reservations, only users having a specific permission should be able to export the reservation details. Therefore we have created new permissions for the menus the user is currently able to export reservation details as Search reservations and Cancellations in the Reservation manager, Check-in/Check-out and Add-on list in the Front office manager. It is decided to have the new permissions ON by default to not block the user in their daily work flow.

New filter and export column in Search reservations
From now on you will see a new filter in the Search reservations menu called Brand to help the user to find reservations that are created under a specific brand. And a new column Brand has been added to the export column set to allow you to export these details.

Fixed multiple small bugs
In this sprint multiple small bugs are fixed that are related to making changes in the reservation, bill recalculate issue, missing hyperlinks for cancellation add-ons, error printing the reservation list in Cancellations, not possible to choose subjects on booked add-ons.
