If you are configuring Cancellation or Insurance types of add-ons, then you can now choose to add a minimum or maximum value for that add-on rate which should be applied to the reservation

There are a few additional conditions configured for the rates of the Cancellation add-ons which can now be easily visible in the tabular form without having the edit the add-on rate

Ability to fetch the translation languages dynamically per concern for import
When downloading an import template from Content Manager, you will now get the columns for all the applicable languages in the import template file which you can fill and import the data in Content Manager for 'Accommodation types and unit type' import

Maxxton-Maxxton linked accommodation types validated in Booking validation
All the accommodation types that are linked through the Maxxton-Maxxton link can now be validated for availability from the linked supplier client. In case the accommodation type is not available at the supplier side, the booking validation would show the validation at the reseller client

Improved warning message in Booking validation when no rates for pre-booking
Now you can see the specific name of the accommodation type of add-on when there are no rates for the pre-booking reservations

Mandatory ledger linking for the 'Cash' type of add-ons
You will now be validated by the system to link ledgers to the 'Cash' types of add-ons due to the financial implications. With this, there will be a validation message when you create any add-on having the type 'Cash'

You can now apply the rate of add-ons for specific Accommodation kinds instead of selecting the actual accommodation types. Selecting the Accommodation kind in the rate of the Add-on allows you to easily apply that rate configuration for all accommodation types belonging to that Accommodation kind

Settlement Issues fixture in Owner Manager.
- Settlement Issues with respect to amount correctness for the new owner when there is a change of ownership with a different contract type have been fixed.
- Updated settlement filter option so that the settlements created are able to include the payments made during the settlement period.

The owners who are not working with the concern will be moved under the Archived option in the Owner overview.
Reservation Manager
What's New

Move reservations to another unit despite the gap rules
From now on it will be possible to move reservations to other units despite of the configured gap rules. The user need a specific permission to use this functionality.

Option to send SMS from the reservation
We have added a new option allowing the user to send an SMS from the reservation which is added to tab communication. A specific SMS template/report is needed to be able to use this functionality.

Not able to remove invoices (snapshots)
We have made a fix and now existing invoices not sent yet can be removed again.

Block status change from provisional to delete
We have made a fix and the user will now be blocked to delete a provisional reservation. A message will be show to explain why that option is not possible.
