Back Office Manager

What's Improved

  • Operations Manger - All permissions divided based on logical menu

    All permisisons of Operations Manager are divided based on logical menu.

    • Operations Manager - Housekeeping
    • Operations Manager - inspections
    • Operations Manager - work order

Channel Manager

What's Improved

  • Some improvements in the different parts of Channel manager

    • On the landing page of the 'Distribution channel' (channel manager) we now have DC-id mentioned in front of the individual DC name (in the DC list). Also, now we have possibility to search the DC in the search bar using the DC-id.
    • In the Reseller Reservation Dashboard (Reservation Manager) in the pop-up message 'No Reservation available' we have now replaced the word "Newyse" with "Maxxton Software".

Content Manager

What's Improved

  • Filter on reservation dates in infotext

    Now it is possible to filter the reservation dates in infotext module which allows you to search for infotexts valid for specific reservation or booking dates

  • Ability to give access to all locations and all Admin organizations to employees

    It is possible to provide access to all locations and Admin organizations to employees who need to access all locations for their workflow. Within the Backoffice manager, if you choose "All locations" and "All admin organisations" within the employee profile then even if you create new locations, employees will have access to them without the need for any additional configuration.


Finance Manager

What's Fixed

  • Select All is not selecting all options from the dropdown lists.

    • Implemented "is one of" and "is none of" as selection criteria so that the relevant records or all records can be selected.

Operations Manager

What's New

  • Show OTP to employees from employee list within maxxton Software

    This feature will make it possible to generate and show OTP codes within Maxxton Software, so that the manager can distribute these codes to planned employees who login with OTP flow.

What's Improved

  • Input extra information for materials

    It is possible to add, view extra information for materials like supplier, article number, EAN code.


Owner Manager

What's Fixed

  • When changed in contract date from the unit and contract card then the Ownership date is not reflected.

    The dates present in the Units and Contracts Tab will now show the relevant information pertaining to units owned and contracts that are active based on the selected date.

  • Unable to delete Owner Settlement Filters.

    The owner settlement filters can now be deleted if the filter has incorrect output. Also, the filter can be re-used again if necessary.


Reservation Manager

What's New

  • New! Copy reservations

    We have added a new feature to the reservation manager to copy reservations to a new arrival /departure date. Click here before you start using this new feature.

What's Fixed

  • Fixed several bugs related to add-ons and offers

    We have fixed several issues in the reservation manager related to add/edit add-ons and offers.
