Front Office Manager

What's Improved

  • Allow a transaction of 0.00

    Currently, the user is not able to save the transaction for articles that are free of charge. We improved on this and it will now be possible to register cash articles via the cash register menu that are free of charge.

  • Show the user a message when a lock will be created around existing reservations

    The user can get confused when a lock for a long period is created via the planning chart. As there are already existing reservations visible, the new lock will be created around the existing reservations and we do not show that to the user. We have now added a message when such a lock will be created to inform the user that the lock is created around existing reservations, similar to what we show when creating a new lock via the Content Manager.


Integration Manager

What's Improved

  • Advanced filter implementation in Integration Manager

    In various sections of Integration Manager, we've upgraded the existing filters in different cards to an 'Advanced Filter'. This enhancement will reduce clutter in the cards, providing users with an improved and more streamlined experience.

  • Redirecting user to Menu for which they have rights

    API user is the landing page of Integration Manager and the users who had no permission to view the 'API user' use to see an Error. So to address this, users without access to 'API user' will now be redirected to the menu for which they have rights.


Reservation Manager

What's Improved

  • Make the Check-out button in the reservation manager consistent to the button in the Front office manager.

    It was noticed that the check-out button in the reservation manager did not have the same behaviour as the one in the Front office manager. We have improved on this by changing this button in the reservation to the red 3-clickable one.

What's Fixed

  • Issue related to the subject groups in the Search reservations export option

    The user noticed that in the export option subject groups sometimes are displayed multiple times where they expect to have just one. We have fixed the issue and from now on the subject groups will be displayed correctly.
