How to imitate a customer.

Imitating a customer can be of great help to ensure data is showing properly inside the My Environment (or anywhere on the website).

You will need to login in the Webmanager and either:

  • Go to the “Overall settings” → “Imitate User”
    Select the site you wish to imitate a user on, select one or two of the toggle options and press “Give me a Random ID”, followed by: “Imitate this user on concern.“

    OR

  • Go to the frontend (while logged in) and use the following paramter:
    https://concern.com?imitateCustomerId=”customerId”

Now you can browse and explore the website as if you are the customer.

Additionally, you have the option to manually obtain a customerId from the "Reservation Manager" to imitate a specific customer's experience.
