  • Subscribe for Web Manager release notes

    Want to stay up to date with the latest features and improvements in Web Manager? Now you can subscribe for the release notes for the test and production environment for Web Manager. These release notes will be sent on test environment release day (alternate Thursday) or production release day (alternate Tuesday) as per your chosen subscription.

  • New permissions introduced for Activity configuration in Content Manager

    Wondering if you can give access to only certain parts of the Activity configuration to your employees? Now you can effectively manage different access levels with the introduction of new rights for Activity configuration in Backoffice Manager. Here is a list of the new rights:

    • Activity - This is the main right to access the Activity menu in the Content Manager
    • Activity category - This right is used to manage the access for the category configuration
    • Activity area - This right is used to manage access for the configuration of areas of activity
    • Activity rates - This right is used to manage access for Activity rates per location

  • Configure PMS ID of previous PMS (Property management software) per Unit level for data migration

    Introducing the ability to incorporate previous PMS ID fields at the Unit level. You can now conveniently store and manage relevant IDs from previous PMS systems, streamlining data integration processes within Maxxton Software's Unit configuration.

  • Simplified Ledger Export

    Responding to user feedback for more efficient data handling, we are introducing a straightforward Ledger export feature. Users can now easily generate exports of their Ledgers, including comprehensive details across all columns and VAT specifics, ensuring a smoother and more productive experience.

What's Improved

  • Enhanced VAT value addition flexibility

    We have updated the VAT value addition process to eliminate the requirement for specifying an end date. Previously, users were compelled to enter a placeholder date like 31-12-2099, which was neither practical nor user-friendly. Recognizing the unpredictable nature of VAT rate changes, we have made the end date field optional.

  • Transaction overview enhancement in Payments Module

    We have improved the transaction overview within the Payments module to address visibility issues. Previously, the lowest amount in a statement was not visible without opening the drawer, due to the bottom menu overlaying the data. With this update, all amounts are fully visible, eliminating the need to navigate away from the overview, and enhancing user convenience.
