Reminder sets

A reminder set determines which reminder level is added in a booking and when. This can be dependent on:

• Number of days after payment term due date
• Reservation status (only add in case of selected statusses)
• Minimum value (don't send a reminder for due amount < EUR ...)
• Payer type (only send reminder to Customer, not to Paying Customer/Agent)

Furthermore it is possible to link an addon to a reminder level, in case a reminding fee is applicable. Refer possible configuration screenshot:

Explanation of concepts: 

• Issue date: Date when reminder is issued, calculated in full days passed the due date (Due date 10th = reminder on 13th, skipping 2 days)
• Due date: Date when issued reminder should be paid, calculated from issue date onwards (Issue date 13th = due date 20th)
• Deviation: Allowed 'new payment term' in days based on the issued reminder

Note: When the first reminder level is issued, these reminder due date technically overrules the initial due date of the payment term(s). This means the issue and due date configuration of the subsequent reminder level calculates from the due date of previous reminder level.
